Michael Angelo
Michael Angelo grew up immersed in the real estate and construction industry from an early age. Raised in a family deeply rooted in development, his father's
background in construction and his mother's 20+ year career in real estate brokerage provided firsthand exposure to every stage of the development process from site selection and construction to leasing, sales, and long term asset strategy.
At just 18 years old, Michael earned his real estate license and quickly began building experience in commercial real estate, working alongside developers, investors, landlords, and business owners throughout New Mexico. He spent several years with Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Real Estate, where he developed a strong foundation in investment sales, retail leasing, market analysis, and client representation.
Now with Colliers, Michael focuses primarily on retail and investment sales while continuing to expand his involvement in commercial development projects. His experience includes new construction projects, site acquisition, tenant negotiations, and development planning across multiple asset types.
As a principal of SilverTree Development, Michael brings a modern, relationship driven approach to development with a focus on creating high quality commercial projects that generate long term value for tenants, investors, and the surrounding community.
Alec Urioste
Alec is a Principal of SilverTree Development with a strong background in construction management and project execution across commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments. With extensive hands on experience overseeing projects from concept through completion, Alec plays a key role in coordinating field operations, managing construction timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
His expertise includes subcontractor coordination, schedule development, cost management, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Alec has successfully managed multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, communication, and proactive problem solving throughout every phase of construction.
At SilverTree Development, Alec brings construction knowledge and operational leadership to each project, helping bridge the gap between development vision and on site execution. His collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high quality results have contributed to successful project outcomes across a variety of asset types.
